Summa Bond Certificate aims to raise €10,000 in total. In order to fulfill the
said amount, the required number of coupon holder is 100 with €100 contribution
each. We can invite potential contributors through sending them personalised
email, posting social media ads and through personal meetings with them. Each
bond certificate will be labeled from “A0001”, “A0002” and so on to be given to
first purchasers. The said bond includes the following information.
The Bond Certificate will be sent to the purchaser once he/she confirms and
signed the agreement with the above information.

- Issue Date
- Time Period to fill the Bond – 30 Days
- Total Amount that Summa is raising
- Bond Duration of Three (3) Years - Coupon must be paid quarterly, every
- Three (3) Months total of Four (4) Quarters Annually,
- Amount of Repayments – Twelve (12) Months
- Coupon Rate of 6%
- The Company has the right to return the paid amount within Thirty (30)
- Days if the target amount of €10,000 is not fully subscribed.
The Bond Certificate will be sent to the purchaser once he/she confirms and
signed the agreement with the above information.
