How long does it take to dispatch and deliver?

For Club shop garments or customised items, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours. Its delivery usually takes 5-12 working days.

Other items will be dispatched within 24 hours and usually take 3-7 working days to arrive.

What is the return and refund policy?

At Summa Sportswear, we know things don’t always fit perfectly.we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy, which entitles you to a refund or exchange for an item bought in store or online with a valid receipt or parcel summary document within 14 days of receipt of your order. Some items are excluded from the returns policy.

All we ask is that the item must be in saleable condition and where possible, in the original packaging with swing tags attached. Please contact Customer Service if you have lost or mislaid your dispatch note and we will arrange to get a new one out to you.

The following items are excluded from this returns policy:

  1. 1. Club shop garments;
  2. 2. Socks & tights;
  3. 3. Base layer shorts & undergarments;
  4. 4. Special orders to include items personalised/customised with initial or names and any form of patterns and tags;
  5. 5. Water Bottles;
  6. 6. Mouthguards.
How do i return/exchange an item?

Orders can be returned in store or by post to us.

What happens if my goods are faulty or damaged?

Faulty and damaged goods are fully refundable. 

Any breakages or damages must be reported to us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If a product is defective in any way, please return it as soon as possible after becoming aware of the defect and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of product and postage.

When will I get my refund?

We aim to complete all refund and replacement transactions within 14 days of receipt of the request. During peak summer months due to the large volume of transactions, from time to time this can be delayed slightly. Refunds can only be made via the same payment method/account used when placing the order. 

Are there any products that cannot be returned?

Products that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons and which are unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.

How do I cancel my Order?
