Can I return an item?
You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition & packaging for a full refund.
Please note that any club shop garments or items that have been specially made/personalised cannot be refunded unless such garments are faulty. Likewise, once a name or number has been printed on a shirt we cannot offer a refund exchange. As such we encourage customers to contact us for more details on sizing prior to purchase. Shipping Costs are non-refundable. Where an item was purchased on sale/clearance a refund may not always be possible.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item by post:
Contact us with the following information and we will send you a return slip.
- Order Number
- Items you would like to return
- Reason for the return
Wrap the item(s) securely & always pack in original packaging if the goods are not faulty.
Complete and enclose the returns slip (it is essential you complete the returns slip correctly, or we may not be able to provide a refund).
*For your protection, Summa Sportswear Ltd recommends that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
How will I be refunded?
Refunds can only be made via the same payment method/account used when placing the order. Returns can take up to 14 days to process. Please note, payments can take up to 5 days to show in your account.
For single item returns, we will refund the total value of the order
For multiple item returns, we will only refund the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping costs and return shipping costs.
If you input the incorrect address during checkout, we cannot be held accountable if your order is not delivered. We are not liable for a refund in this case.
